Student Registration for 2020-2021
Student Registration for 2020-2021
If your child is new to the Centennial School District, please visit our District's Registration Website to enroll your child.
Student Verification for 2020-2021
If your child is a returning Centennial student, please visit our District's Verification Website to verify which option you would like for your child: our neighborhood school (CMS) or our online school. You will also be able to update any contact information.
With our neighborhood school, this will provide students with daily teacher-directed and facilitated learning through live online instruction, recorded instruction, and online activities. We will remain in this format until we are in Phase 2 for reopening and potentially students will be able to return to in person school this academic year of 2020-2021.
Online School is self-paced independent instruction with weekly teacher check-in and support from an adult family member at home. If you choose this option your student will not be returning to in person school this whole academic year of 2020-2021.
Please ensure to complete this verification process by Monday August 24, 2020 in order to ensure that your student has a full schedule for the next school year as soon as possible and it will help us at CMS to have an accurate number of students enrolled in our school. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at Centennial Middle School, (503) 762-3206.
