Welcome to the Centennial School District!
Any child who will be five (5) years of age on or before September 1 is eligible to enroll for Kindergarten at their designated neighborhood school.

Centennial School District uses an online registration system. To complete the process, be ready to supply the following information. You can start the process even if you don’t have all of this information:
- Parent or legal guardian information
- Information about emergency contacts
- Certificate of immunization
- Birth verification
- Proof of in-district address (residency)
All Kindergartners must have a completed 'Family Member Meeting Kindergartner' form completed. They can be found under Required Forms.
After submitting the online form, the school will contact you to complete the process.
