We are THRILLED to announce that CHS is now open for clearing athletes to participate in SEASON 1 - VIRTUAL TRAINING and CONDITIONING ONLY. This Season 1 period runs through 2/21/21 and is open for ALL sports teams to train and condition only - virtually.
►Athletes must be CLEARED by the Athletic Office to participate in Season 1.
►To start the clearing process, athletes must notify the Athletic Office by completing the Google CHS Sport Clearing Notification Form, or by contacting Trish Dorning in Athletics by phone or email:
Athletes must also complete/submit all of the required clearing items including:
- Valid Sports Physical Exam (OSAA Form),
- Annual OSAA History Form
- Electronic Clearing Forms on www.rankonesport.com
►Athletes must meet enrollment eligibility requirements.
►There is NO OFFSET FEE for the Season 1 period.
We are excited to hear from athletes and get them connected with coaches and teammates, and we look forward to assisting them throughout the clearing process - GO EAGLES!!

Multnomah County Student Health Center services are available now, Fall 2020, at David Douglas High School, Parkrose High School, and Roosevelt High School. Services include providing Sports Physicals with no out-of-pocket cost. Mt. Hood Conference Admission Prices
Admission is charged for the following sports: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, CHS Track and Field Invitational (Team fundraiser), Mt. Hood Conference District competitions, and ALL OSAA Play-In and OSAA State Play-Off games.
Admission prices for REGULAR season contests:
- Adults: $6.00, Seniors 62+: Free
- Centennial HS Student with CHS ASB sticker: Free
- All other Centennial students (elem./middle): $4.00
ALL ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. Thank you!
