Hiring and Referral Incentives
Incentives Offered Beginning July 26, 2022 through March 17, 2023
New: Hiring Incentive!
A $2,000 signing incentive is being offered for key classified and certificated staff positions including: School Psychologists, Counselors, Special Education Teachers, School Bus Drivers, Education Assistants, Dining Services Technicians, Secretaries, Custodians!
How it works:
If hired before October 31, 2022, $1300 of the signing incentive will be paid to the hired employee on the payday closest to, but not less than after 90 calendar days of employment with the District. $700 will be paid on the payday in December 2022.
If hired after October 31, 2022, $1000 of the signing incentive will be paid to the hired employee on the payday closest to, but not less than after 90 calendar days of employment with the District. $1000 will be paid on the payday in June 2023.
A $500 referral incentive to currently working Centennial employees who refer an applicant who is hired by the district and continues to work in hard-to-fill positions for at least three months and an additional $500 if the employee stays for at least six months.
The hired employee must name the referring employee in their job application for the employee to be eligible for the referral incentive.
Both the hiring and referral incentive offer will expire on March 17, 2023, allowing for 90 days of employment.
