I DO NOT HAVE A PARENTVUE LOGIN. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Please contact the office staff at your student’s school.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN IN AT EACH SCHOOL IF I HAVE A CHILD IN MULTIPLE  SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT?

ParentVUE offers a single sign on to view school information for all of the siblings, regardless of the grade level or school of attendance. If you are not seeing one or more children with your login, it can be an indication of a duplicate parent record in the system. Please contact your student’s school office staff (the student you are unable to see in ParentVUE) to fix this issue.

IS THERE A WAY TO CONTACT THE TEACHER OR COUNSELOR IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT WHAT I SEE ON THE SCREEN? 

Easy access to communication tools throughout the various ParentVUE screens promotes the contact between home and school that is necessary for student success. 

IS MY CHILDREN'S SCHOOL INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO ANYONE ON  THE INTERNET? 

While the website is accessible over the Internet, access is secured via a username and  password. Parents can see information about their children, only, and cannot see the records of other students.

IS PARENTVUE AVAILABLE IN OTHER LANGUAGES?

ParentVUE can be used in English, Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese.  The options are shown at the bottom right corner of every ParentVUE screen.

HOW DO I LOGIN TO THE PARENTVUE MOBILE APP?

Download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

To use the Android or iOS app, please select the Centennial School District from the dropdown list.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Parents have the ability to reset their own passwords. If you have forgotten your password, follow the below steps:

  • Click on the Login to ParentVUE link at the top of this page. 
  • Under the username and password field, click on Forget your password? Click here.
  • Enter the email address you used to activate your account and click Send Email to be emailed your login information.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED. HOW DO I RE-ENABLE MY ACCOUNT?

For security reasons, ParentVUE accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times. To re-enable your account, please contact your student’s school office staff.
