Our Strategic Plan centers on Five Goals for Student Success, from pre-kindergarten through high school.
GOAL #1: Building a Strong Foundation PreK-3
Each student in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade will develop foundational academic and social-emotional learning skills necessary for future success

Beginning in November 2022, the Centennial School District conducted an Equity Audit at the District, department, and school levels.
The Equity Audit was conducted over a seven-month period between November 2022 and September 2023 and ran parallel to the Strategic Planning Process.
The Equity Audit included significant community engagement at each of the phases. Surveys responses yielded 3,080 participants that included 295 family/caregiver, 330 staff members, and 2,455 students. Over the course of the audit, 449 Centennial community members participated in focus groups including students, teachers, parents and caregivers, certificated & credentialed non-teaching staff, and non-certified staff.
